Kiley the service advisor is phenomenal and very flexible with people. She is really makes bringing your car to the dealership very stress free. Luka on the sales team is the only guy I will deal with as well. Not pushy at all and listens to you, very few times have I had good conversation about the possibility of buying a car. He showed me everything on the lot and although nothing peaked my interest he listened and understood that nothing was really the nice fit, so he took my information down and agreed if something fits that profile he will shoot me a call. That’s a salesman who cares.

I sold my car outright (not a trade in) here recently. I worked with Amy and she is so kind, considerate, courteous and professional. She explained the steps for the appraisal and buying process. All steps were clear, easy, no hidden fees, no surprises whatsoever. Her manager Ed is also a very nice guy. One of the best parts is that this dealership was able to give me my positive equity check the same day, which I deposited a few hours later that day. This is an important detail that you shouldn't overlook. Some places may say they will buy your car but if you have positive equity then they say they won't be able to give you the positive equity check until AFTER the lien against your title has been lifted. This could be between 3-10 business days. This may actually be a stall tactic for smaller dealerships to buy some time so they can pull together the necessary funds to pay you.

2017 Rav4 Limited I was seriously past due on maintenance plus sitting on a recall regarding the battery tie down, when the service department offered a free oil change & tire rotation. I made the appointment anticipating the service writer would be trying to sell me hundreds of dollars of precautionary maintenance items. I arrived on time and was first greeted by the annoying salesman wanting to buy my car. At least he was not pushy this time! My service writer was friendly & quick and ushered me and my dog to the comfortable waiting room. I got a text message the car was ready in less than an hour and received a complete report of all of the key safety inspections with no attempt to sell me anything. Car arrived quickly and I left feeling very good about the experience. I have to admit, after this experience, I will be more inclined to take it to this dealer for service, rather than my local mechanic.

Bought 2020 chevy blazer from used department. Salesman courteous but dont think he was knowledgable of vehicle. Wasnt impressed by finance department. I would give them a 1. Car supposedly had 150 pt inspection yet once we got it home found several concerns such as worn blades, cabin filter looked like had mouse nest, engine air filter was shot, front brake rotors will need to be turned. They "cleaned" it before delivery. Look like they used dirty mop water. Give service and detail department -5 rating. 5+ hours for transaction. Also look for them to add between 900 to 1500 on for "fees

As is usual, went in just to look and ended up with a new car 😂 we have been wanting a hybrid in our budget and saw they had a new Corolla hybrid actually in stock. Not many others around so we wanted to go check it out. The salesman was super helpful and not pushy at all. Go see John! Of course they still have to do the whole song and dance of trying to upsell you ten different maintenance packages no one ever needs, so be prepared to look closely at the numbers. Their dealer fees and all of that are pretty standard but they do try to upsell you on mats and tint and other things that cost over $1000. If those are not for you make sure to be firm and say no. And always do your research and know how to negotiate. Even if there aren’t a lot of cars out there, they are willing to negotiate. They really did get us a great price and even offered a lease which was what we wanted. I’ve never had any luck with car dealers on this side of the bay, but overall very pleased with this purchase and trade in!

Our 1st visit to AutoNation, WOW! Never have been to a Service Department like this! EVERYONE treated us like we were the only customers, we were not! I was very concerned why I had a Call for Service message on my new Highlander while driving 1550 miles from Maine to Florida. Service Rep. Hope assured me that this was most likely just a 6th month Courtesy Service Check! Why can't Toyota have that as a message? I was unnecessarily concerned for 1000 miles (I figured it might be for an oil change since we also hit 5 & 6,0000 miles on our trip). AutoNation Staff and Service were wonderful! We will be back again even if it's only for an oil change before we head North. Than you to EVERYONE and especially HOPE! Thank you AutoNation!

I have leased a RAV 4 here now for 6 years (went into another after the lease was up after 3 months-I decided that I wanted to take the payoff the RAV once my second lease was over and went into the dealership on Sunday, 1/22. Jessica was very pleasant, however, the team that prepared the paperwork and me signing a document as if Autonation was purchasing it from me. I had someone with me because I was prepared for what I may encounter. I had my credit card out and was very clear on my decision. Was I realized my paperwork was totally incorrect-I asked that it be shredded because it was there error-I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say this was done in error-but my friend with me said I was very clear on my intention to make the payoff and drive off the lot with the title. The worst part-was dealing with Kirk in the finance department-whom I was told would take my payment-things started off with him making pleasant conversation until it came time to discuss where I was going to for service-in which I said-I own this vehicle now-don't live in Pinellas Park and frankly didn't think it was any of his business-that is what set him off-then we came to extended warranty-I had already prepared him for the fact that I had family in the car business for at least 3 decades-I knew the business. I just wanted to make my payment, obtain my title, sign the papers necessary and leave. He became very angry-my friend came and went out of the room-but came back to witness Kirk's aggressive behavior after I listened to him go over the options of extended warranty, eventhough I had already told him I would take care of it elsewhere. He literally threw my credit card at me-shoved his Ipad at me to sign in various areas-without looking at me or giving me any detail of what I was signing-I knew well enough to read and sign-when I was finished he walked out. I will NEVER do business with Toyota Autonation again. Obviously they only put positive reviews on here which doesn't surprise me at all.

My salesman, Terek, was not the ?usual? salesperson. He was professional and patient Vs pushy and aggressive. I then come to realize the finance department and even the general manager Yanni work well as a team in making sure I was taken care of. Everyone was extremely kind towards me. I love my Toyota C HR Limited and I especially loved the certified used car package I received. I?m a senior on a tight budget and they worked with me to find the perfect vehicle then helped with the financing. I?m happy with my purchase. We purchased a used vehicle and thought that we had piece of mind with their 250 mile satisfaction or your money back "guarantee". After our purchase we brought this vehicle to our mechanic, who found a few issues that should have been found during AutoNation's inspection. We communicated this to our salesperson who forwarded the information to the sales and service managers. We have never been contacted and we are now past their threshold for their mileage for the 250 money back guarantee as we live 50 miles away from this location. It seems they just played the waiting game, knowing that we would hit the mileage and day limit and not be eligible for this "guarantee". Disappointed in the illusion of customer service from this Used Car dealership. No calls or any sort of contact about the issues that we wished to have resolved, just emails asking for feedback in a Google Review.

YERY good selection of used-cars by models colors styles and prices. Sales was fair, (1) Weak training for this senior 70 yr old who doesn't understand all the (over engineered dash board). I had to ask for a partial copy of an owners manual and schedule an appointment w/ Sales Rep and he did train me (2) Disclosure of loan terms, while in the closing office at Dealership made sense, yet a month later when I received the credit union's loan terms, NO where did the letter show my monthly payment amount !! It showed total dollars borrowed, rate, years, total interest to be paid, but NO monthly amount to be paid..... On my own I figured it out. BAD disclosure. Seems odd a tension pulley can't be made, or. bad design/planned-obsalesence !! ....Since it only has 90,000 I'm hoping nothing major goes wrong. I didn't want to pay an extra $1,500 or was it $2,800 (?) for a 'full-coverage extended mfgr warranty' for 3 years..... Otherwise I'm pleased with car. Rides well, good sound system, GREAT mileage, quieter after I paid an extra $1200 for extra floor sound-proofing. .. Hope not to every buy another car. I've always owned Saturns. Last one had for 20 yrs !!....... The following answers I'd prefer to answer as 'maybe' since I don't know how well Auto Nation will service in years to come...... I'm already NOT impressed because 3 days AFTER I brought in my 'new' used car for service I got an Email from A-Nation offering to buy my used car.... Explanation, ' that's from a 3rd party..... DANG coordinate your 3rd party vendors ... Reflects upon the dealership.

Worst place ever! Do not purchase a car here. The service Dept is horrible. They have no customer service skills, and since purchasing my car back in 2020, I have had nothing but issues with my 2020 Camry. The Manager, Colin Mackiewicz @ the Pinellas Park location had the worst attitude, no customer service skills, and lacks everything you look for in a manager. I left my car with him at 8 am to be checked for the same issue I had 5 months ago, and I never received a call with an update or tell me if the car was ready. I finally called them to hear my car is ready at 4:30pm. That is very unprofessional. Again, I recommend if you're looking for a Toyota, stay away from this location.

My 2008 Prius died on me on the side of the skyway bridge. After towing it to a nearby shop I decided that the repairs just weren’t worth the cost of the car anymore. I began looking to sell it and called AutoNation Toyota because I had taken the car there a few times before and had always been treated well. On the phone I explained exactly what was wrong with the car and was honest in telling them the body was in rough shape ( rust, scratches, etc) and the car would have to be towed there because of the broken sensors. They gave me a written quote for $1000 which I though was fair, so I had the car towed over there. Once I arrived they quickly dropped the price to $500 saying that I hadn’t given them enough detail on the phone before. I had told them about all body damage, what was broken on the car and even the cost the other shop had told me the repairs would cost. They couldn’t tell me specifically what I had supposedly withheld from them. Once I had the car there though I was stuck and they knew it. They wouldn’t budge on the $500 price point even though I was looking to buy something new from them. I felt very taken advantage of and this really deterred me from buying from them. Very disappointed in this dealership which I once loved and even recommended to others in the area.

***READ THIS*** Almost 2 years and Still no word from this crooked dealer. I ordered the car with a large deposit and they kept it as a dealer car to sell it with a markup. Terrible dealer. Toyota USA should this AutoNation dealership’s right to sell Toyota’s away or they will continue to defraud people like they did to me. I gave AutoNation Toyota a deposit of $2,500 several months ago for the 2021 Supra Launch Editon. They told me repeatedly they would sell the car to me at MSRP and would not mark it up when they took my deposit on the car. This is on their recorded call logs! Now that the car is about to be delivered, of course they start telling lies and making up stories. Not only did they keep my deposit for months they lied by marking up the car. They kept the car I had ordered and sold it to someone else. This dealer is Absolutely spineless and disgraceful with in your face greed. I was livid when I went into the dealership to say the least. The General Manager, Chafik, threatened to call 911 on me because I was livid as he lied to my face! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUTONATION! Update Apr 2020: No One from this Toyota dealership reached out to even attempt to make this right. Update Oct 2020: No acknowledgement from AutoNation Toyota Update: Jan 2021: No acknowledgement from AutoNation Toyota. Proves the point: this is a horrible dealership. I went in and obtained a quote for tire replacement and 4 wheel alignment. I tried to call back same rep to set appt. Left voicemail, no reply. Called 3 other times same week, no pickup. Scheduled appt through customer service. 40 minutes just to check in. Estimated time for service 2.5 to 3 hrs. At almost 5 hrs I reached out. Transferred to same rep's phone, surprisingly no reply. Went to customer service to pay, rep was still in my ticket. Cashier tried to call her from across the room while watching her at her desk, she didn't pick up. Had to call another rep to get ticket opened for cash out. Got my vehicle back. Wheels are scratched up and alignment didn't seem to have been done. Contacted them about damage and they did offer to paint the wheels, but honestly wouldn't trust them with my vehicle any further. I have had service at two other Toyota dealers in the area. Both did a much better job.

I made an appointment to look at a pre-owned vehicle I saw listed through AutoNation and met with Janetta Green... One of the most friendly, patient, and high-spirited salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was all smiles and high energy, the kind that lets you know she wants you to be happy with your experience more than making a sale. And I couldn't have been happier. She took the time to get the car ready while I worked with Alex (also super friendly and great energy) on financing and warranty paperwork. Took the car for a test-drive and was patient while I had to do my own test on the car... One that is an absolute make-or-break for me: I'm an audiophile, so I have to play music that I like (my choice was Indian Folk-Metal lol) and tweak the audio to make sure it sounded clean and I was impressed! I actually passed on a Jeep I really wanted earlier in the day for just that reason. After the test-drive, I was sold. With financing and warranties done, I then went to see one of the managers, Mike, who finalized the sale for me... Yet another enthusiastic and welcoming person! While that was going on, Janetta was off fueling up my new car and making sure everything was properly detailed and man... There is no way you'd believe this car was ever used! It was immaculate inside and out! I can't recommend this team enough. We always service our Toyota Sienna at Toyota service centers. We were visiting Florida and noticed the oil change light. We took the van to this Toyota service center but they somehow broke all the threads on the oil tank, hand to replace the oil tank and it costed us more than $1000. We also spent about 10 hrs in wait time as they would not tell us what happed to the car. All of this sounded very fishy to me but we could not do anything as the car was unusable without the oil. When we came back we spoke to our local Toyota service center and they did not have any notes of issues with oil tank threads in the past.

The first person I talked after asking him three times about the Buick I was there to look at said he didn't even know what a Buick was and sent me inside after seeing the Buick I was told that it didn't have navigation like it said it did in the vehicle's discription. There was also a couple of other discrepancies in the vehicle's discription. The sales personnel were nice and polite. Also The cost for tag transfer at 450.00 plus an electronic filling fee of 850.00 on top of there dealership fee of 1000.00 I thought was just out of line with other dealerships.

Edit Review: I've updated the review to 3 stars (tentatively.) After a call from both the General Manager and the Services Manager, I'm much happier about the situation. They were very apologetic and did offer me free maintenance, but what mattered most was they were human. Both managers reacted to my story as humans, not as corporate employees. If this continues, they will have definitely recovered from the previous experience. Original Review: 1 Star Post: I took my truck in with a flat tire in the bed and the spare on (back left.) The front right tire also had a nail in it. The truck was given back to me with the spare tire still on it, the original tire still in the bed, and all four tires very low on air.

I was working with 13 Toyota dealerships for approx. 3 months to get a Hybrid RAV4. Luis at Autonation Toyota was the most honest salesperson I worked with. He kept me informed of their inventory based upon my preferences, and he was able to get me a RAV4 Prime XSE about a day after it became available. Better yet, the price of the car was lower than several other dealerships were estimating for a lesser vehicle. I will recommend Luis and Autonation Toyota to my friends and family going forward.

I have been a long term buyer for your company and most of my services were done at your sales location, and I don’t recall any problems. At my most recent service process I also had a question about one of my outside panels was because it wasn’t completely sealed where it matched the other panel. I purchased my SUV in 2022, but at that time I didn’t notice the panel in question. Therefore I asked someone to help me because I wanted it to be fixed, so I tracked down the guy that sold me the new car in 2022 to see if he could help me and he easily fixed it on the scene and of course I thanked him. I also wondered how or when my panel might have not been installed correctly, but there with no charge from the person that corrected my panel.

Service advisor was not friendly and not engaged, seemed indifferent to his job, not friendly and when my car was ready, didn’t go over what was done and checked out on my vehicle. Did tell me what it needed. Never said thank you or have a nice day when leaving, poor customer service skills.

The current answering service that AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park is using is the worst ever. Don't even like calling there because of their service. Was tempted to take my business elsewhere because of this lousy phone service until Matt, in charge of the service department reached out to me. He assured me that changes were to be made in the future. Why any company would do this to their wonderful service is beyond me. Obviously, it's a decision surly made by a bean counter. I'm to understand that there is a new in-house phone room that should be fielding the calls shortly. I highly recommend that bean counters aren't allowed to make important decisions that affect the overall customer service satisfaction of such a great business.

If I could give this place 0 stars .... I would. This was the first dealership I went into as I started the process of looking for cars. I was looking into a Toyota Corolla, so we test drove one, and then went in to get some numbers so we can make an informed decision. However, this is where the harassment started. From the beginning, we made it clear to the sales person that we are not looking into buying a car today as we just started the car shopping process and wanted to look at few brands before making a decision by the end of the week. He brought along the sales manager Jim and they ganged up on us trying to coerce us into purchasing the vehicle today. They had absolute no respect of the fact that we wanted to shop around different brands and make a decision after and the manger kept asking us to "name our price" and he will make it happen. After he started figuring out that I will not budge and will not buy the car, they started playing games saying that the car we drove sold and there is only one other left. At that point the manager told us to hold on and came back with loan approval and more numbers BUT said that the other color also sold, but he does have the hybrid model.... When I expressed I am not interested in a hybrid car, he continued to push for it. This is when I started getting very suspicious, how can 2 cars sell within 2 hours? HIGHLY DOUBT IT, although yes I am a woman but I am aware that car shortage is a real thing. After harassing us for almost 4 hours, we were able to finally exit the situation and leave the dealership.....BEHOLD - all the corollas were still in the lot with their stickers :) I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP EVER TO ANYONE!

Service writer, great. Prompt attention even while busy morning at check-in. Done as scheduled. Very happy. However, a lady arrive at her service writer?s desk with a beautiful macaw bird on her shoulder. As you know, macaws are VERY loud and screechy. You could hear this bird through the entire service lounge waiting area and sales floor. At first, it was a cute novelty but after about 15 minutes it was a very annoying. The lady made no effort to quit the bird and sat in the tv lounge area with bird pooping down her shoulder onto the chair and floor. Yuck! When I asked several managers in the service area and sale area if they could address the situation, they said they?d look into it. This went on the entire two hours while is was there. No employee made any effort to remedy the situation. I went outside as it was a beautiful morning and one, very nice, service attendant offered to bring a chair outside for me to have a seat. I felt sorry for the car sales staff trying to sell cars and the customers having to listen with this annoyance. I am disappointed that it appears one person is more important than the 30+ staff and customers. There were empty sales rooms with doors or a chair that could be set outside.

I forgot to ask how long the repair was going to take so I didn?t make arrangements to be picked up. Robert told me it would take 3-4 hours so he arranged for a Lyft to pick my children and I up to do shopping and grab food while we waited. When we were ready to return he called a Lyft again. When we were back at the dealership it was only like 15 minutes longer. Thank you Toyota for hiring some amazing employees

I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in line for 10 minutes before I could give over to the service staff. No courtesy coffee was available and it was cold enough in the showroom that I kept my coat on. I was told an hour and it took 1.5 hours. When I was reviewing the work ticket, it stated an oil change took place but the service writer insisted it wasn?t time yet. So I waited 1.5 hours for a computer check and tire rotation?

Me and my mother were looking for a vehicle for her for awhile we went to multiple dealers looking for a specific truck a toyota tacoma 2013 prerunner. The lots we went to where terrible things broken not what they where supposed to be ect.we are not picky just want something reliable that will last.when I guage a place of business its on attitude and how they treat you when you walk in.unfortunatly the trucks we had chosen was taken off the lot because it didnt meet the preowned certifications and deemed not able to be sold. Thats where ms jennetta green and mr alex came in to help they tried letting us know that the tacoma was not able to be sold the morning of before we got there. At this point ms jennetta showed us some different options around the same price normally I wouldnt choose another vehicle if they didnt have the one I was looking for.but her character and cantor was wonderful like a friend instead of just there to work. She was honest and upfront of everything she showed us and made us laugh on the way.after we picked the truck and finished paperwork we met mr alex the bussiness manager a funny younger guy down to earth and knowledgeable about the ways of the bank he helped us along with getting everything sorted out with the transfers and getting the funds transferred everything is alex took time to ask how we where to get to know us a little bit we sat and talked for a good time instead of being cooped up in a room barely talking just trying to get us out and to the next person.theseare the reasons we bought the truck here for the experience not the price or quickness. This was my scheduled second or 10,000 mile service. The service assistant manager, Hope introduced herself and understood my service needs and my upcoming move to the west to ensure my car is road trip ready. Absolutely worst service.. I've had nothing but problems when it comes to the service department. Tried to tell me I would owe 300 for a battery I have pictures showing the battery actually exploded but the supervisor kept telling me that that's not true. Then when I showed when I showed proof it was in warranty they acted like they didn't know. But still made me pay a percentage. Talking to other females that go here for service have had the same issues. So LADIES BEWARE!!!! Needless to say I trade my Toyota in to Nissan. I will never so back to Toyota!!

I made an appointment on the phone for 1:00 to get my free oil change and tire rotation and a service campaign. I was told I might be at the dealer 1.5 hours. When I arrived I was told my wait would be 3+ hours. At 3:30 my '21 Highlander was moved to the garage. At 4:15 the services were finished. Forty five minutes to get these services done is an excellent time. But I had to wait 2.5 hours for them to start the job? Also, they did not rotate they way I specifically asked. And I had an appointment? This is just lousy customer service.

I have had my cars serviced at AutoNation Toyota for 22 years. They are always friendly and efficient. I have at times had emergencies with my car and had to go in without an appointment. They have always taken care of me and have it back to me in a timely manner. I had went in for an oil change on December 28th but when Raquel checked my records she told me that my car was not due for one yet. I did new wiper blades and a tire rotation which I had done. When I asked about the wiper blades Raquel told me that they were on special. She made me feel like a valued customer and was looking out for my best interest. She took very good care of both my car and myself. I would definitely recommend them for having great service.

My appt was at 3pm. When I arrived I asked for general maintenance and an alignment check. I was told 90 minutes or sooner. I ultimately left a few minutes before 6pm and they didnt check my alignment. Along the way no updates were provided unless I went to ask. I was told they were short people. Understandable, but why did you take the appt? And why did you tell me 90 minutes or less. Also the business center doesnt have USB plug ins for chargers. Overall frustrating experience.

At first I felt welcomed. I was taken care of quickly. There was confusion at the end. Robert texted me that my car was ready. I was walking up and down trying to find him. When he finally came in after I texted him back that I couldn’t find him, he told me to go to the red cart and someone will get my car. The first man couldn’t find my keys so he was walking around for awhile trying to find someone. It took the second person awhile to find my car. I didn’t like that I was waiting in the cold for a long time. Clearwater Toyota has a more efficient process.

I scheduled an oil change and requested the recommended services I had not had completed yet for my mileage. The service rep was going to review my previous visit and get back to me. They had my truck for 5 hrs before I decided to call to check on the status. It was Saturday and he was really busy, so I picked up my truck with only the oil change being done. He promised to get me the information on Monday. It’s been a week and a half and even after sending the rep and email I still haven’t received the information. The rating reflects the follow through and not the work performed.

I took my 4Runner in for its 10,000 mile service inspection and oil change. Autonation called to remind to schedule the service. Two days later I took it in. The representative sent me a photo mid way through the service, while the vehicle was on the lift. In a bit less than an hour the service was completed. I took my car in for an oil change. I get an email with 4 suggested services that my car needed totaling over $900. I declined all services because everything they said I needed I had done in Indianapolis Indiana at Bill Estes Toyota in 3/21 and 9/21. I only had put 10,000 miles on my car since having those services done. There was no way any of those things were checked on my car, they only said I needed it because my car was over 100,000. I had all 100,000 services done in Indianapolis. Kristy didn’t come to talk to me about the services because she knew I had another dealership try to tell me I needed work done when they didn’t even know how to turn the fog lights on and I would of declined these services. Kristy was kind she checked me in and listened, and checked me out quickly. Thank you Kristy.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle here, please take the time to read this as it can save you a lot of headaches. I bought a new vehicle here and traded in my old vehicle on 10/16. My previous car loan is still not paid off as of 11/30. I was told not to worry about it because my first payment isn’t due for 45 days and it would be settled by then (usually within 30 days). After 30 days passed, my trade in still had a balance and I contacted the bank the trade in was financed through and they had not received any payoff check. I tried contacting Autonation to see what was going on and I was getting the runaround — getting transferred to voicemails or to people who don’t have voicemail and it just hangs up. I have purchased 7 vehicles in my lifetime and never did I have to deal with paying on a car I no longer own on top of paying for a new vehicle purchase. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint against the dealership on 11/19. It was only after that on 11/21 someone contacted me and told me the check was sent out on 10/28 with a photo of said check. Lo and behold, I called the bank and the check was never received for my trade in. I was told by the bank and the dealership that it may have been lost in the mail. After some back and forth last week, I was told that they would be looking into reissuing a new check after they verified that the check was never cashed. On 11/28, I spoke to Yaz who genuinely empathized with me and wanted to help but unfortunately the accounting department was already gone for the day. He sent an email and CC’d everyone in his power to get this resolved for me. I truly appreciate and would like to thank you for your excellent customer service but unfortunately it has fallen on deaf ears. Today 11/30, my salesperson, Graciella sent a photo to me with the same exact picture of the check I received 11/21 saying it was a new one sent out on 11/28. I compared the two photos I now have received and it was the same EXACT check number and same EXACT date that was sent on 10/28 that was never received for my trade in. So I called the bank to double check and they didn’t receive any check. I then followed up with the accounting department at Autonation and she said no new check was reissued but that a TICKET was put into corporate to try to get this resolved. I then asked for the corporate phone number so I can handle this myself but was not given the number. She then stated she could have this expedited (you would think this would have already been done). After doing some research online, what is happening here is called auto fraud. In the state of Florida, there is a statute of limitations when you trade in a vehicle. Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 319.24(5), “[a] motor vehicle dealer acquiring ownership of a motor vehicle with an outstanding purchase money lien, shall pay and satisfy the outstanding lien within 10 working days of acquiring ownership. It has been 46 days now and I am paying on a car I no longer own and I just had my first car payment on the new vehicle I purchased. How is it fair I need to uphold my end of the contract when the dealership hasn’t? It’s not. And it’s not right. There’s a few lessons I have learned working in customer service and that is you empathize, do everything in your power to help your customers, and make things right if you have done something wrong. I have NEVER in my life dealt with this at ANY car dealership. Wire the check, overnight it to the bank, pay the loan off by phone, write the check and I’ll pick it up and hand deliver it to the bank — just HANDLE IT. This has gotten so out of control it’s ridiculous. There is so much this dealership CAN do and it’s not being done which is very sad. Purchasing a new car should be an exciting time in anyone’s life but this has turned into a nightmare. Consumers beware..

They outsourced their appointment scheduling to South Africa which made me waste a day. Then I get there and they skip me and didn't correct it when I mentioned it. Then I tell the guy my problem and he dismisses it like I don't know what I'm talking about and said that it'll run better once the oil change is done. It does not. The drinks in their vending machine weren't even cold.

I brought my car in for a Full synthetic oil change. and good thing I didn't stay in the waiting room. I went to check on my vehicle and ask what oil they were installing and it was Regular oil. So I should the receipt for the full synthetic oil change. so he changed the oil. so if I didn't do that I would have regular oil and thinking it was synthetic. But the service tech did a great job.

I purchased a used car that had less than 52,000 miles as is. Within a week I found out it had engine problems. They refused to exchange it and the men in the used car department were very condescending to me. I had a 90 day service warranty and after bringing car in 5 times for same problem it was never fixed and they refused to change motor under that warranty saying it was negligence from previous owner. Another mechanic opened hood and you could visually see the sludge problem. It is obvious that they never inspected it to begin with

While I absolutely love my car I am extremely unhappy with the customer service I've received since getting it. 3 days after I getting my car I called the service department with a question about how to turn something off. After being transferred 4 times I got a guy who told me he'd talk to his supervisor and call me back. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back from him. Last week I rcvd a text from Abdo at the dealership to call him ASAP. When I called him he told me needed me to send him some paperwork right away. I told him I gave it to my salesman a couple weeks ago. He said I gave it to them not him and he needs it. He texted me his email address, I found it and right before I was gonna send it he texted me and said 'I found it thanks'. I was emailed a few days ago from my salesman asking how everything was. I told him everything that had happened and nothing. I didn't get any kind of response. I've only had the vehicle 2 weeks. I am so happy with my vehicle but after the experiences I've had I would not recommend this dealership.

missed 2 days of work and put 900 miles on my car to get a key made, still have no key made and they say come back next week and maybe we can get it done. what kind of customer service is this where you waste customers time and tell them oh well. they demand you come Thursday at 12pm that's the only time they can meet so I drove from Jacksonville twice and both times leave empty handed. could have offered to at least give me gas to get back to Jacksonville. what a waste of money and time. most of all the miles on my new car are worth more than the keys.

My sales guy, Booz, greeted me and led me to a seat at his desk. He was friendly, polite and genuinely nice. He wasn’t pushy! That is the key element for me in a sales situation. If a sales person is too pushy or aggressive, I want to run. He had a car already for me to drive after I had texted the day before, just what I was looking for in my price range. A 2020 Toyota Corolla LE with only 40k miles on it and many the safety features. He was understanding and patient when I told him I was still traumatized from the car accident a few weeks ago. I was nervous about test driving the Toyota on the busy highway where the dealership was located. So he kindly drove the highway and had me get behind the wheel in a huge parking lot. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and he was so helpful, making it as smooth and easy as possible. He had the car detailed, got my new registration done on-line and printed it out so I wouldn’t have to go to the DMV. He helped me make sure that my portable dog crate would fit into the Toyota after putting the back seats down. And it did! Very important to me. Since my two little dogs travel everywhere with me. He then moved all of my belongings from my rental car, into my new Toyota and said he would return the rental car for me. He did not pressure me into the purchase of the vehicle. It was actually a very pleasant experience being at the dealership because he did everything to make me feel comfortable. I drove the Toyota off the lot feeling very satisfied, safe, taken care of and respected as a person, as well as a potential customer. Booz should get a 5 star rating. The initial salesman, Jonathan N. was very prompt, had great communication and covered all details in a professional manner. However, when it came to the financial closing, whoever finalized the transaction pressured my wife into buying additional warranty and Gap insurance that we did not need. The service is quite good when you’re there in person. Very nice showroom and the valet service is great. Really thankful for their shuttle service as well. The only slight problem I’ve ever faced is that it’s hard to call in and get an appointment booked. For my regular servicing, I’ve had to wait for about a week to get a call back, but like I said, it’s all good once you’re there in person.

I have never been more disrespect & talked to with sure an attitude in my life. LORI DEZERN was the service advisor who helped me, but her card says she a service drive manger. LORI was trying to get me to change my tires even after tell me they didn't have them in stock & couldn't get them till the next day (August 31). My wife and myself just purchased a 2022 Toyota Carolla . I really hesitated to write this but decided to after the experience. This has been the worst experience we ever had buying a car. Being that my mother lived near i had her put the deposit down. A manager called me to explain something and he asked me about the color. Being that color does not effect the price much i said Gray. He said it could be 15 or 16 days to delivery. It came in , in about 11 days. The dealership called me twice and emailed me to get info ready for when the car arrived. when i got word it was in i said i would be there just after lunch saturday. We arrived and see the salesman. we talked and he said he had to turn it over to the person to handle it. We set there for over 3 1/2 hours. He said they were just real busy. we watched as people came in after us and left way before us. My mother finally went to the counter and the guy there said 15 minutes. 5 minutes later the salesman came back and said he was sorry for the wait but nothing he could do. I said yes you can do something. YOU can tell them to be out in 10 minutes or i was taking my check and going out the door. No excuse especially on a cash deal. Then we saw the car. what was suppose to be grey was a celest color and not what we wanted. The slaesman said the grey was inside .The salesman said he put floor mats in. Finally the finance guy took us in. Trying to sell extended warrantee. I said NO . He said well its not MY money and was sarcastic. once this was done i asked him who was putting the plate on. He said who was the salesman. I said Juan. He said he did not have Juan's contact number. He said to go out to the counter and tell one of them to do it. My wife took the plate and went to the counter and the guy was sarcastic and said Juan would have to do it. Juan showed up and put it on. As he went into the building i yelled to get the hell back to the car. I said to him i thought you put floor mats in. He said he did. I said really just look here. He looked and said i thought i did. Bottom line is we did not get the car we paid for. the one i paid for was out front i believe. The color is not gray. The attitudes need an adjustment. When the brakes went out on my 2013 Prius I was very apprehensive because I had never had any major repairs on her before. A friend told me to take her to AutoNation and they have been amazing! Christie the mechanic was super efficient and constantly kept me updated on what was going on with the repairs. Because of a part back up they had to keep the car longer than expected but they made sure that I had a nice rental vehicle the whole time my car was in the shop. Downside they changed the price on my trade in due to day of the month. Gave me $500 less then original offer a few days before. Vehicle had a few minor cosmetic issues that they fixed right away. Lori in service was awesome. Overall experience very good. I have had about 20 cars and I will rate then in the Top 5.

Drove down from Illinois for a weeks vacation on the beach. Coming through the mountains of TN I knew we had a problem with the brakes on my Highlander, even though I had the car serviced before leaving home. Made an appointment at a convenient time, arrived at the dealership and was advised a couple hours would be needed. They offered to drive me back to my hotel and pick me up. I declined, but was impressed. Two hours later my concerns were verified. Had the brakes fixed as well as a cracked belt replaced. It’s was expensive but needed. Great service all around. I’ve never been to a dealership that services as many cars as this one. It was a constant stream of cars coming in. At 7am there were 20 in line. Back home I would not have been able to get in. It takes weeks sometimes to get an oil change. Thanks Auto Nation.

Bad experience every single time I come for a service. The work is either incomplete, or unprofessional. The wait time alone is enough to discourage anybody from coming here. I have waited an hour and a half to just have a single lug nut put on that the service department forgot to install when I had my tire rotation. In addition, I had a full detailing done which was incomplete and shorty. Every time I come for an oil change there are either oil fingerprints on my paint, oil on my steering wheel, or on my brake pedal. Do the mechanics not clean their hands before they get in and drive the vehicle? ? I have also had the paint chipped off of my wheel from their aggressiveness with the impact gun. I have lost more time coming to this dealership for services, and I do not recommend this dealership for any service needs. On a lighter note, I know that the sales, and service writers do all they can, and I appreciate that. But the service department and mechanics need retraining Onquality and efficiency. I will not bring my vehicle back here!! I will drive across the state if I need to to have an oil change.

We drove by on Sunday 6/4/2022 to trade our smallest car in on a 22’ Toyota Tacoma to pull our boat with. We walked around the lot for around 20 minutes looking at different Tacoma’s. We already had money to put down on the car in hand. 💵 No one came to speak with us, not one sales rep that was out on the lot approached us or came close to us one time. We also walked right by the front entrances to both used and new vehicles thinking back on it. Shortly after, another man and woman in an older Porsche pulled up and were spoken with immediately, they practically chased the guy around the lot. 🏃🏽♂️It honestly did make us laugh… because talk about stereotyping customers. 😂 After waiting a few more minutes, and still no one coming to speak with us while we stood next the truck we liked in the Florida sun and heat.. 🫠 we decided that for some reason we weren’t wanted as customers on the lot and purchased a 22’ Nissan Frontier from Nissan in the area same day. Our last truck was a Frontier Pro4X but I thought I’d give Toyota a chance. Maybe next time guys! 🕶

I will never come back to get my vehicle serviced here. Plan on waiting at least 3.5 hours to get a simple tire rotation and oil change. Plus the pathetic attempts to buy back your truck. You have low inventory. Why would I sell you back my 6ft bed when I know I can't get another one.

This last weekend I reached out to AN Toyota in search of a hard to come by Sienna Limited van for my parents. ***I knew it was too good to last! Once again this lemon of a car that I bought from you all left me stranded once again. Being towed to Dayton Andrews since it is the only place that fixes Fiat's since AutoNation sold me a car that their mechanics are not certified to fix! I have had a year of stress with this car(lemon). I was told I qualified to trade the car in once I got to the Sales guy who kept calling me so intrigued and went to the dealer to find out they wanted me to pay almost 900.00 car note when I clearly told him what I could afford that is not helping me out one bit. I will never buy or recommend this dealer to anyone EVER! I will take my business elsewhere. My rating for this dealer is a BIG ZERO!!! THIS CARE CLEARLY HAS ELECTRICAL ISSUES FROM THE START AND THEY BLEW IT OFF. ***UPDATE IN REGARDS TO MY CAR ISSUE. I was able to get in contact with the General Manager of such location Mr.Chafik Amrani and Mr. Sam Souryal and Mr. Amrani offered to pay for the deductible of my repairs to my car which I thought was great since he realized I was very upset and for those reasons I have edited my review. Again Thank you for understanding and keeping your word. My car is now fixed. ***UPDATE in regards to my car FIAT 500 I am still dealing with the nightmare of it shutting down while I am driving out of nowhere so I call dealer AutoNation to no avail I took it on Sat April 23 since no one gets back to me in regards to this nightmare car and that was also a waste of time since they sold me a car that their mechanics are not certified to work on. Who sells a car that they cannot fix at their dealership? This car has really stressed me out. Dear Sir, Wanted to Thank your Service Manager Matt Gordon. He was very professional and answering my questions. I received notice my Toyota Prius was recalled and to bring it in to get fixed right away, it under warranty and no charge. I received a call that my side light marker bulbs were bad and my sway links boots were torn. The total cost was over $850.00. Had car in a week and a half ago for service chained oil change transmission fluid align car rotate tires took care of recall on vehicle and gave me a $40 sanitizing job it wasn't worth five dollars didn't even wash the car. Spent over $600. The following week noticed I was leaking oil called them up and brought it in on this past Thursday,. When I called to schedule the service I was put on hold for total of over 15 minutes after calling back twice and then when I did get a hold of somebody they said they would make other priority and get back to me soon that was two and a half hours later. When I got to the dealership they took the car back in an hour later it was finished I asked Rocky the service rep what was the problem. "She said that when they change the oil oil splashed all over the undercarriage." I asked why did they not clean it up after that happened and she told me they were so busy that they must have forgotten to wipe the cat undercarriage off after splashed with oil all over the place. It just makes me wonder if everything else was done right that I paid for and done correctly. One thing that Rocky did do was replace the battery in my key fob and I told her it was running low and she didn't charge me because of the inconvenience of having to bring the car back. The interior is very nice and some of the safety features that come standard with this model add to the vehicle's quality. It has excellent power when merging with traffic and accessing freeways. It is so smooth and quiet that I found myself easily exceeding 80 MPH when I wasn't paying close attention to my driving. Would I buy this car again and from the same dealership? As of this writing yes and yes.
