Unfortunately, I cannot recommend AutoNation Toyota. I was very honest and upfront with my terms and financial abilities. I gave them more than 24 hours to manage the terms and was encouraged to come and complete the sale at my terms and budget. They brought me back in knowing they could not do this despite me being called twice to say they felt very confident in doing so. Additionally, I was prompt to my appointment at their opening time the next morning on Memorial Day sale weekend. None of the managers I had worked with the day before were there. They were late on one of the biggest car sale weekends of the year. Waste of my time and theirs.

I wanted to get a better car on gas instead of gas hog truck I had. So we decided just to go look around, honestly did not think I would be able to get a car right now. Then I went to AutoNation Toyota and met Jesus, he is absolutely amazing I told him what I was looking for he show me the Kia Niro a hybrid I always said I would never drive a hybrid but he said test drive it. OMG I AM SO IN LOVE, if it wasn't for Jesus I would have NEVER. Then I find out at 7:00 that he got off at 5 but stayed to help us. Thank to him I have an absolute beautiful car and talk about saving gas money. I would recommend ANYONE even if you don't think you can go there talk to Jesus and all the others because let me tell you they work miracles to get you in the car that you need. Drop my truck off for an alignment and a road force balance. Receive my truck steering wheel shakes very little but the heavy shaking is gone was told one truck was in the shop that it would not start back up so I needed a new battery truck was starting fine when I got it to them, so I?m not sure if they just use that opportunity to replace a battery make money was not there to see the truck not start so I can?t say that they weren?t being honest

An absolutely outstanding dealership to buy a new car from, best we have ever dealt with. We wanted a 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited which are hard to find and looked online because none were available in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Autonation Toyota Pinellas Park had one listed at an excellent price and we called and got a buyers agreement which included no additional accessories, dealer add-ons, or market adjustments. There was NO pressure from the salesman (Moe-a great, helpful guy) or the dealership (Wesley-also a great, friendly guy) to add on accessories we didn’t want. We made flight reservations from TX and when the car came in early at Autonation they held on to it and had it ready when we arrived. The smoothest and best car buying experience we have ever had and we added on a great FL vacation after picking up the car. We can’t recommend Autonation Toyota Pinellas Park highly enough.

I was very nervous going to a dealership given the usual pushy sales people you expect but this location is completely different thankfully to their no haggling prices (BE CAREFUL FOR THE ADDED WARRENTIES - SAY NO). gave me almost $4K for my vehicle as a trade in and I will be honest, I thought I'd have to pay someone to take it My only comments is to really watch when they add "car, tire, gap, etc protection" packages at the end and be careful for word/paperwork play as they are expensive and to me not worth it. If you see a Pamphlet you know you're talking to a sales person, unlike the one selling the vehicles sales people who get paid the same no matter what car you pick, they are commission based. Our guy was extremely friendly but I ended up removing protections plans the next day after realizing the "hand trick" they do signing you up for 10 when you said yes to 1.....

The worst service ever, i asked for 2 things to be looked at, a sqealing belt and ac not cooling as well as before, after 3 hours i get a list of multiple problems that i am already aware of, got the belt fixed and advisor said i had a leak in my ac and quoted 2700.00+ to fix, so i left without fixing it. Upon leaving the car has absolutely no air, i turned around and was told that when the tech tested for a leak, my freon was expelled and told they could not put any in due to epa restrictions, i started to get upset and mgr approved to put back the freon, i took my car to another mechanic and they charged my freon, no leaks . never will i be back to autonation

Service rep Home seemed efficient, took good notes, and was a good listener! I’m giving it a low rating because: 1) Condo - Board poorly designed. Example, my AC button was stuck on. They said it cannot be replaced and that the entire AC heating component needs to be replaced for a cost of around $500. Seems to me dashboards should be designed so that at least covers and buttons may be removed so that contact points can be cleaned. 2) I ordered replacement floor mats. When I picked up the car, the mats were still in their unopened plastic bags. They expected me a 70 year old to put the mats in. I tried, and then realized, I bought the car used. Someone else had adjusted the existing floor carpets so that a certain security hook was not visible. I know I need to bring the car back for them to fix it. Seems to me when I asked for new floor mats the tech should’ve at least installed them. 3) I hesitantly answer the next question as a yes. If there was another Toyota dealership nearby, I might try them.

I have been here three times for service. And have waited while they service my vehicle. Each time, it seems like a very confusing process. This last time, I decided to wait inside and sit on the couches, I figured someone would come get me when ready. But my advisor did not, and after waiting like 45 minutes, I look up and my car is sitting under the station.. It was ready for who knows how long. So I went to the guy and asked if it's ready, he just said he needs the sheet. I looked confused, so he asked who my advisor is. And I told him a name, although for some reason it seemed to have changed or someone told me my advisor's name wrong. Same guy, not the name the people gave me when signing me in. But once I found him, he was courteous and got me out of there quickly. It was after 5pm so I figured the service would be more on top of it without the confusion of so many customers.

Joseph lynch was my advisor and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. 4 new tires and an alignment. He advised me it will take a little longer than usual because I requested a master tech instead of lube service, which I was fine with. But I sincerely appreciated his updates, his transparency, and his personality. Joe Lynch is the best service advisor at Autonation Toyota. He keeps the atmosphere light and fun. No one wants to sit at a car dealership for hours waiting, but Joe makes the wait fun and bearable. I was excited to see what my truck looked like with the new All Terrain tires I got and Joe was kind enough to bring me to the mechanic to let me see and he even started complimenting how my truck looked. I saved for a while and waited for the right moment to buy my truck, so it truly meant alot to me when Joe saw how happy and excited I was. Joseph Lynch is the guy to go to if you want a truly stupendous service experience. Thanks again Joe!!

Robert (mechanic) to get additional options for the car nicely. We got several unpleasant experiences with other Toyota dealers for over a month before got into the AutoNation Toyota in the Pinellas

Salesman was great. Everything went extremely smooth up until I drove off the lot later that night I realized that the running lights did not work on my tail lights, so it was illegal to drive at night. This obviously was overlooked in their multi point inspection they do for used vehicles as well as a few other things that I’m having to get fixed all with under 120 miles driven on the vehicle. Been trying to get in touch with somebody at the office for a couple days now because they were supposed to order parts on Tuesday but here it is Friday and I still haven’t heard from anybody. OK so the update is they got me in a rental Friday afternoon. Thanks to Lori. This GM has given me the main office number where the front desk lady told me he was off today, even though he just wrote this review response. Update again. Rental was a mess and had change oil warnings on the dash. Told Vehicle would be fixed today ( 5 days since management reached out) but it will actually be done tomorrow because they still didn’t order parts I had to bring it to a different facility to get the work done. So total of two weeks it took them to get my axle replaced. One week without a rental.

Poor customer service by service advisor, Robert. He was the one assigned to me but a trainee was actually working with me. Trainee needed help, When I asked Robert to help him so I could check out and leave. Robert refused to help and had a bad attitude and snarky reply. Don’t want to work with him again.

A really pleasant and professional buying experience turned into a 3+ hour ordeal once we were turned over to the finance office. To be clear, we did the entire deal in advance -- purchase price, trade-in value, Out The Door price -- before driving 2 hours down to the dealership. Our salesman Mike was great, had everything ready, we paid cash and I thought we'd be on our way in just over an hour. Then we had to listen to two different finance people ask us the same irrelevant questions and try to pitch us protection packages, interrupted by frequent disappearances where they said "have to check on something, we'll have you out of here in 15 mins". AutoNation, use someone else for your training program, not someone who just drove 2 hours to buy a $45K vehicle. While I can recommend our salesman, I am hesitant to recommend the dealership and subject anyone else to the Finance Office sales pitch. It was not the "A" team, in fact it was ridiculous and ruined an otherwise enjoyable buying experience.

I had an appointment for 9:30am, got there early. Was just there for regular scheduled maintenance - basically an oil change and a tire rotation. There was supposedly some mixup, and I was there over 3 hours! Then I went into the garage to get my car, and the two valets were so busy chatting with each other they didn't notice me standing there with my paperwork for a minute. I know THAT wasn't a long time, but I observed the place all morning, and that's how a lot of the employees were - busy chatting with each other.

I shopped other dealers before coming to this location. When our salesman Rob came over we had our "wall up" from our experiences at other dealerships. The stop before Toyota I asked for a card, which I was then placed through the Sales Managers office. Instead of getting a card, I was put through an interview just to obtain a card. When Rob McCool first approached us he immediately sensed our please stay away vibe. Instead of pushing he backed off gave us the space we needed to look around. Once we were ready for a test drive we was sitting waiting for us with a smile. He helped us through the process of buying and finance portion we were helped by Jesse. He had a great personality and put us at ease. They both made it a great buying experience, the gentleman who helped fix our paperwork was also fast and efficient but I can't find his card to me him, sorry for that. A++

I have been to a ton of car dealers over the years but Toyota Pinellas Park is the best dealership I have ever been too. The used car selection is always amazing. The used car staff is always super friendly and happy to help. They always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and I love that about this place. If you are looking for a cool car don’t be fooled by the toyota name. The C8 and GT350 in the photos where both purchased at toyota pinellas park and I couldn’t be happier. I have done business on everything from a corolla to the C8 and have received amazing service every time. I have also sold them several cars over the years. They are efficient and try to do the right thing. I am always telling the Corporate office, on my surveys, about the quality staff that is working at this facility. I hope the corporation does not just focus on the negative comments but actually looks at the positive comments and does something about it. Positive reinforcement and employee satisfaction is important to promote better outcomes for the entire process. Please give all of the staff positive reinforcement and do not always focus on the negative comments. We are all humans, we are not robots and we all make mistakes. In order to find out the cause of the mistakes the team must look at the Root Cause Analysis and see what the problem is and why is happened and then correct it so it doesn't happen again. Please give positive bonuses, gifts, money or recognition to all of the staff so they continue to do what's right, thank you

I brought my Tacoma in for an oil change, cabin air filter replacement and evaporator cleaning. My service manager was very pleasant and did work hard for upsells but was not too aggressive. The service is expensive, there is loud music constantly playing inside the showroom, and it was cold enough inside that I had to go outside. Post-work testing was not adequate but luckily I checked myself before leaving and had them bring the car back in before I left the dealership. They were very apologetic and it was a minor issue but it makes me really question their professional capability.

After a somewhat negative experience, I received a call from a service manager (I believe it was Collin) to talk about what happened and what they could do to make up for it. As my car didn't need additional maintenance, I told him that I would like to have my car detailed. We finalized an appointment, I dropped it off at the scheduled date and time, and had their valet service drive me home. Late that afternoon, my car was ready and I have to say, it was beautifully, perfectly detailed. I understand that sometimes things don't go smoothly at a maintenance appointment, but the fact that they followed up about t my experience made all the difference. This is true customer service.

I got there on time was waited on time. Find a little odd somebody running up to me asking me to sell my car and it's like yes no not doing it Gary is always on spot of everything that he does. When you ask them questions about windshield libraries and other things about the car that need to be done and now it's higher and stuff and he also. Knows what kind of coverage you have and how well he takes care of you. The other people there are so perfect. It's just crazy because I wanted to go see a movie and thought. The movie was only an hour and 45 minutes and it wasn't an hour and 45 minutes. It was 2 hours and 49 minutes. And they still waited for me and it came in and they picked me up and they were so nice and they kept calling to make sure I was still. At the movies and checking on me and everything and then when I got back. I picked up my car and drove off great experience. Wouldn't trade it for the world I recommend you? Guys one million percent. From beginning to end, phone call to final signature Janetta was AMAZING! Honest, sincere and extremely helpful. I called earlier in the day to see if they had what I was looking for. I had been to 3 other new Toyota dealerships and numerous used car dealerships in the past 2 weeks. I did my homework, I knew the values of both my car I was trading as well as what I wanted to buy. I didn?t spend all day and end up walking away. I told them what I expected, no games Janetta and her manager Larry Drake provided. Within less than 2 hours from walking in I drove away very happily in my New preowned hybrid rav4! There was a minor miscommunication on the type of warranty but Luke offered a solution that I felt was more than fair! Will return for my next vehicle for sure! I took my Toyota sienna to Autonation Toyota when the a/c stopped working. I was told the compressor and evaporator had to be replaced. I was quoted a cost of $5800. I took my car to tuffy's in bradenton and they recharge the refrigerant for less than $300. That was 3 days ago and the a/c is still cold. I paid Toyota $200 for the insection! What did they inspect?!!

I just bought my new 2023 Corolla Cross from this dealership, and it was all a great experience. Jehan was amazing and she answered every single one of my questions. I came from another dealership that wasn't so helpful (SunToyota in Holiday), and she quickly knew how to resolve my issues and help me. She got me the exact car I wanted and put in a lot of effort to make sure it was right (especially when cars are pre-sold before they even hit the lot nowadays). Her communication was on point and she was great about keeping me updated while I waited for the car to arrive. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable. Many of us have dealt with "CAR SALESMEN" before and been extremely irritated. My World has changed! Jehan at AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park has established trust and happiness in purchasing a new car again. After my unsuccessful intense internet searches across many states, with no results. So I thought I would try the local Toyota Dealer. (should have gone there first, you can live and learn even at 70) She found the car we wanted right in my own back yard, she found our dream Rav4 Prime. She made the paperwork easy than any of my past 20 new car purchases. The ultimate experience was the delivery in my driveway while I was 1,200 miles away. Came in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. When my vehicle was picked up there was a noticeable shake at 60mph. Service advisor was called and made aware. Vehicle had to be brought back in for balancing at owners expense.

My wife had previous purchased Toyotas from them specifically and when it was my turn I decided to start with them first. Serge, Luis, and (one of the Johns) helped me every step of the car buy process. We test drove several vehicles, we talked about different features and what they had available and in route so they were knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision. They were open to working with me and had all the patience in the world. Definitely not the car buy experience that everyone is used to - very easy and worked within my budget. We have been working with James Molinari in sales since March to find a vehicle for when we returned from overseas. Of the many dealerships we have spoken to in the area, James was the most helpful. Had a service done on my truck this morning at this dealership. There were 5 sales people waiting at the entrance to the service area ready to jump on me. I informed one that I would be willing to hear them out and then I heard nothing during the remainder of my visit. No follow up or follow through. Additionally there were approximately 12 people in the service bay area standing or sitting around. I was quoted about an hour for the service and it took over 2 hours and there was no explanation or apology. I am not sure why there are so many people standing/sitting/lounging around and the work still takes longer than expected. Employees would make brief eye contact and then look away and not interact. Several side conversations occurred during the time that my service representative was interacting with me. Overall, during my visit today, it felt like this dealership and its employees do not care one iota for the customers.

I was due a check up and got involved in a traffic accident. Brought my Camry in and they did the check up and told me that although my tires were in great shape, my alignment was way off. The alignment assessment document allowed me to add the alignment to my insurance claim. Car still in the collision shop but will bring it back to you for the alignment as the collision center does not do that. Without that information I am sure I would not have known about the alignment issue until my tires were badly worn.

Had a good experience with the dealer. However, when discussing values I had submitted for a check to see what my price for financing would be. Toyota hit my credit four times in a matter of moments. This had not been explained prior to. I had figured they would hit my credit once, but they said nothing about how many times they would hit my credit. I wouldn’t say that they abused my consent, but they were close to that definition. If you are considering purchasing from them, do not go through their financing department. Poor communication.

Had to have a $200 tire alignment on my less than 1 year old car. Wasn’t expecting to pay out of pocket with the maintenance package that we bought. I waited almost 2 hours for my scheduled oil change and tire alignment. I am use to going to another dealership that provides customers with snacks while waiting, this dealership makes you pay. Overall, if there was another AutoNation in my area I would try them but there aren’t any near.

I purchased a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid and about 10 days after purchase, I noticed the seal around both doors appeared to have been damaged. I drove back to the dealership and was told to talk to Christie in the Service Dept. When I spoke with her, it felt like she was hostile, and not wanting to help me. I was being super nice, and I guess she was having a bad day. She blew me off and said "come back Monday". She made no attempt to make an appointment for me, nothing. As I was leaving, I was approached by Lori. Lori asked what was the problem. I explained it all, and she took me to see Collin. Both were extremely friendly, and made the return appointment after ordering the part. I returned 6 days later for the appointment, and it was repaired. Kudos to Lori and Collin who made the process so much better after a potential negative experience.

My wife and I have been customers for 20+ years. We’ve always been happy in the past. Not this time. I needed a battery, a repair to the glovebox that Autoway previously caused and service. That was a big need because the door would not stay closed. After hours of waiting I finally had to tell them that my car was sitting in the “finished” lot and had been for a while. One employee told the service tech that a taillight was still out so I waited again. Finally, I got in my car to drive home and a mile up the road the glovebox door fell open again. Of course I’m $630 lighter. Did they do anything except install just any battery? How do I know? Never again!

As we all know, most if not all car salesman are notorious for their “will say or do anything for a business”. We experienced that first hand as first time car buyers. We already had low expectations, and they were met. After we purchased the car, we drove home without any issues. On the next day, we had a beeping noise because the car’s sensor thought there were passengers without a seat belt. However, there was no one else in the vehicle. When I went to the dealership to address the issue, they didn’t help me until I asked about 4-5 times. When they looked at the car, the salesman said it’s a non issue and to avoid the beeping issues you need to buckle all the seat belts or turn off that feature which didn’t make sense considering we didn’t have this issue the day we bought the he car. When asked if this was a sensor problem, he responded all the vehicles do that, so in this day in age, I’m truly shocked that Toyota cannot have a vehicle that doesn’t recognize when there are people sitting in it vs. not. I felt undermined because I did not have this issue when we drove the car off the lot. I also asked if they could show me how to use the GPS on the car, and given that it took 4-5 times to address the beeping, I didn’t want to follow up with the Car Play as it appeared or seemed that I was a nuisance. Obviously, they’re not trying to please a customer anymore since they received the payment for a new car.

I purchased a car Thursday April 13th. While test driving the car, I noticed that the A/C was extremely loud when turned all the way up. I was guaranteed that they would replace the part. I pick my car up on Friday, they let me know that they were still waiting for the part. On Saturday I take the car to my local Midas to have an inspection of all the major parts. Midas found that there was an oil leak gasket problem and to fix the problem would cost about $1500. I called Auto nation immediately. After finally reaching someone, they told me to bring the car in because they had the part in stock and would replace it. I brought the car in Sunday and was told that they would fix the oil pan gasket and the A/C before returning the car back (being that I live more than an hour away and I have been back and forth up there). They gave me a rental. The rental had dirty cups, dirty napkins and peanuts all over the floor. I brought it to the attention of the car rental lady but she had me keep the dirty rental anyways. I had to drive back to Auto Nation on Monday because there was a piece that they needed for the car and I needed to bring it back to them so that they can properly fix the car. While I was there, they did switch the dirty rental into a cleaner rental. A few days later, Auto nation had one of their drivers bring my car to my job(which I thought was a good gesture). I get in the car, turn on the air and the air had not been fixed. I spent my lunch break calling service and sales trying to speak to someone but magically, everyone was in meetings all day and every single time I called. I finally spoke to service and he told me he had no idea about the AC! I asked to speak to sales and the guy from sales told me that service is not fully aware of the issue but that the part was backordered and they are still waiting for it to come in (I'm not sure how service wouldn't see this part being backordered) I was told that I would get a call Tuesday. All day Tuesday I did not receive a call, so, I called Tuesday after 5pm (after work) and was told that I would be contacted by Friday. Here it is Sunday and still no one has contacted me. BTW: I was told by the guy in sales that I was "freaking out" over the oil pan gasket" so they rushed to do it and just gave me my car back even though the air wasn't fixed. So, apparently, I was "freaking out" over a $1500 job, on my brand new used car that I just purchased. Maybe if you buy a used car to them, your dollars are not as green as someone who buys a new car. Or maybe they pick and chose who they give good service to. I have asked to speak to the general manager several times and he is never there or too busy to speak to me. Oh, and the service department claims they have gone above and beyond even though 1.)my car is still with the same issue from day one, 2.) no one told me about the oil pan leak ( had to find that out on my own, and had I not taken it to Midas, I wouldn't have known) and 3.)I was given a dirty rental. 4.) It is nearly impossible to have someone speak to you on the phone As I write this, my car still isn't fixed. I have been polite and understanding the entire time but at this point, I feel taken advantage of.

I had told myself I wanted to try elsewhere before AutoNation again bc the bad experiences I had previously. Elsewhere was worse🤣🤣. I'm not saying I left feeling like I got the best deal out there but thankfully the process was pretty painless and that's what I was after. ..................................... I"m back to update my review!!! My 2020 rav 4 has died 3 times now, twice after the battery was replaced at my first oil change. Yes, a brand new car had it's battery changed within 3 months. And yes that brand new battery supposedly died twice yet when at the dealership for service nothing is wrong with it. I have read multiple forums online with solutions to the bug that the rav4 2020 clearly has. Toyota does not want to take responsibility for the problem or the solution. This will be my LAST lease here and will happily take my business to another local toyota dealer. ----------- I have been mostly satisfied with this dealership since I started leasing my Toyotas 5 years ago (I say mostly because oil change is SLOW and sales members borderline on harassment when your lease is 6 months from ending) I have felt like I got a good deal and that says a lot about their sales men - in empowering a solo female in making a pretty big purchase. Well that all changed yesterday with Tuan Tran and John Brassianos. I was told by Tuan to expect about $1200 in fees on top of whatever down payment I was going to put. The original offer was $3500 down (plus about $1200, he estimated, total $4700). I countered with $2000 down and then whatever extra fees would be, again about $1200. This offer was accepted. Sounds simple, right? Unfortunately this all coincided with a zoom FUNERAL I was attending so where I would have normally scrutinized my contract, I trusted and signed and paid over my $3200 ($2000 plus $1200 in ESTIMATED taxes). Yes, a wiser person may have caught on by now. Tuan and John grouped together fees plus my down payment to make it look like one set number of $3200 and that $1200 was the exact total of fees, which in reality was NOT. Instead of honoring $2000 down plus fees, they let me pay whatever the remainder of $3200 minus fees was, which was $2500, not $2000. Therefore they let me pay $500 more than what I originally agreed to. This demonstrates that they are dishonest and shady and I feel gross and taken advantage of. I originally walked out thinking I had a great deal and again as a woman, made me feel empowered. Now, I feel dumb. And there's no worse feeling than a bruised ego (who is out a needless $500). I have a meeting with them today to hopefully get this squared away. If so, I'll update. Otherwise, my advice is to either go somewhere else (Clearwater, Brandon for Toyota) or be very thorough in differentiating your down payment with the extra fees.

I have been 3 times for service and the worse experience with Toyota service in this dealer. 1st my wife went with my 4Runner for service and they return the car without check the tires pressure and the tire light on. 2nd I went with my 2019 Corolla for service and I ask them to repair a tire with a nail, the service guy said the service was completed and the tire repaired and they billed me for that, same day at night the tire that was supposed fixed explode in my way to Miami and have to buy a new tire. 3rd as today 4/26/23 they took my car for service, the engine light was on when I arrived the service guy said that he didn’t see it and that many people don’t care about that, which I told him I’m not many people, if I come to Toyota for service because supposedly has to be the best place and trusted fire service, why they don’t check the light or call the customer to let him know if want to proceed with the diagnosis or recommend something, they just returned the car for me as nothing happen with no excuses. Is common sense I think. After this I don’t trust in the service in this place and don’t know if they do what have to be done. This is a really bad bad experience.

I have been with AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park since I arrived in Florida in 1991. On April 21 of 2023 I will no longer use their services. I brought my 2003 toyota sienna in for 87,000 mile maintenance and was rushed into signing for over $1,000 of repairs. I tried 7 times to reach them to stop the work but they never answered their phones. I had dropped off my car at 7:30 am, making my calls from home at approximately 8:30. At 9 am i finally was able to speak to my representative who told me they had finished all the repairs in. approximately two hours . From the list of repairs done on the vehicle, the items listed needed over 5 hours of labor time. Something was definitely wrong . They rushed me into making this decision, Made it impossible to change it in the short bit of time that I had and possibly lied on the billing. My advice today... don't take your car to this dealership, You'll be sorry!

Was traveling in the area on a highway when a sneaker came flying at my car (vehicle in front of me's tires also ran over it and sent it airborne) and I ran over it, only to hear a horrible rattling noise commence under my car. Took it to this dealership and they quickly determined it had knocked loose the heat shield. They zip-tied the shield back on (rather than charge me thousands of dollars to replace my rusting parts and bolts) and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. No charge.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever buy a pre owned vehicle at this establishment. I was sold a lemon. The vehicle was brought in 6 days after purchase with zero oil in it. They stated they fixed the issue. A week after getting the vehicle back it was brought back with the same exact issue, they stated the vehicle needed a new engine. They refused to pay for a new engine because it was outside the warranty, however the first time the vehicle was brought in it was under warranty. They knew the engine was gonna blew and put a bandaid on the issue until I was outside the window of the warranty. I will be contacting an attorney and reporting them to the BBB

The dealer refused to honor warranty repairs and fought us every step of the way. The adjuster even suggested we fix the improperly installed windshield gasket which caused a leak inside the vehicle ourselves. Then he said that the warranty does not cover plastic and rubber parts. The truck developed a small rust spot a couple of inches above the windshield. The adjuster refused to fix it allegedly because it was a pebble strike, which it wasn't. We complained to Toyota about the poor service and they finally fixed the windshield gasket but we are still waiting on the repairs to the rust spot. Very poor service so we will not be doing business with this company again.

I asked her if Auto Nation offered a complimentary car wash and she even apologized that they couldn't because of environmental reasons. I do think Auto Nation should provide it's customers with a coupon for a car wash elsewhere,as most other dealers provide.

Have bought my last two vehicles here and will use them in the future. Took my car in for 18-month service and Howard was the gentleman that I saw at the beginning. He explained to me what they were going to do and then offered to make my next appointment so I wouldn’t miss the 2-year free maintenance. Apt was at 8, had to get a manger at 8:20 cause no one was helping me but all the other cars were getting helped. The guy who came over wasn’t even my advisor and clearly didn’t listen to what I said. I assume cause I am a women. Had to call and speak to a manager then had to go back after work as they never fixed the part and had my car the entire day. Only to have to show yet a third person what was wrong. And only then was told they would order the part. I was basically brushed off and told oh we thought it was something else. Well clearly if I showed the guy what was wrong he was big paying attention if they were looking at something else all day long. Now I have to take my car back yet again

the service rep was very nice and the mechanic was also very courteous but they said there was nothing wrong with my tire that it wasn't leaking I had it plugged the day before by roadside assistance the tire went flat I filled it up brought it to AutoNation they said they dumped it checked it everything seemed fine the next day my tire was flat again I brought it to Clearwater Toyota and they told me that the tire was no good anymore because it was already plugged two times prior to the new plug

I have used Pinellas Park Auto Nation services since purchasing my vehicle. It was time for regular maintenance as in oil change, tire inspection, filter inspection and checking the brakes and fluid. They changed the brake fluid and inspected the brakes. My brake pads were in good shape and all the filters. They even took a picture of the filters to show me. Hope has always been upfront and if I keep my RAV 4 maintenance up to date I hope to keep it for a long time. .

I hate driving in to get my car serviced since there are a band of salesman waiting to jump to ask me if I want to trade. I have gone so far as to posted a sign stated I don't want to trade. I am also on the do not ask this. It does NOT work. Last oil service I went elsewhere because it is such a nuisance. Guess there is nothing I can do but go for service elsewhere Mark was excellent service guy!

I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from AutoNation Toyota. My son was in need of a reliable vehicle and I decided I wanted to make sure he got one as he had just bought one from a Buy Here Pay Here 6 months earlier with cash and everything was going wrong with it. I live out of state but was scheduled to come for a visit in a week. AutoNation Toyota made the process so easy. First, I would like to thank Jose, our salesman, for all that he did to make this happen so simply. We found an SUV that my son liked, and I reached out to Jose, who on his day off, did everything with me via phone and email. Experience has been consistently good over the years. Different experience when purchasing a new Toyota. Some dealers are open and forthcoming with price information, other dealers, not so much. Would suggest to any new car/truck buyer - shop the dealer as well as the price.

Despite having an appointment it took 45 minutes to drop off our vehicle before even the seeing the person training under the advisor. Then they were unable to find our vehicle to start working on it after I had called to find out how much longer it would be. They called me back again and couldn't find the part I had order from the parts department a couple of weeks before that was confirmed to be in. This is not our closest dealership but was closer to where the person who drives the car is. This was supposed to be a one hour replacement of an exterior door handle but we were told they are days behind in service. If that's the case, they should not be making appointments for new people. I think management needs to address this situation immediately.

Purchased 22 hybrid, RAV was certified -runs well. Salesman was informative with info. However after purchase we were only given one set of keys. Our paperwork states that we will be given 2 sets of keys. I have texted/called about follow up but nothing yet. Waiting for original owner to return? Otherwise the second set should be replaced, according to their own standard paperwork. This was not acknowledged prior to purchase. We do have paperwork stating we should have 2 sets of keys . This is a problem since we have 2 drivers.

Purchased a new RAV4 at the end of February and purchased several packages for the vehicle. Needed the have a dent/scratch repair so called the company that services the package I purchased and was told that they don’t do that kind of repair. The (expensive)package was presented as “white glove “ when purchased so the information I received was incorrect. The dealership/customer service/finance person will not respond until or return my call.

I put customer services 4 stars because not all of the Toyota AutoNation does a good customer service, some of them only nice recognize customers when Icustomers comes want to buy / look for a vehicles. After customer bought a vehicle and a few days later come back to Autonation for something, they don't recognize even remember customer's name. Buying process I give 3 stars, because too much push/force from car financial staff to customers to buy extended, understand they can get bonus a lot of they can sell it, not all out there people has a healthy budget, a lot people out there they even don't have insurance for their own health, because so expensive. So, instead of make stuff to make customers worry about if something bad happened to car, why don't just say to the customers that the car they bought is really good and reliable. I gave 3 stars for the quality service, because I don't have major service in my vehicle. I gave 5 stars to facility, Toyota Autonation has a nice showroom and and big service facility.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation plus to check out the smell of gasoline after shutting off my car. Normally I always go to Hope Peterson who is awesome and takes extra good care of me. This time I had Mark who was kind of flipent and had no suggestions. I take my car to the dealer because they should know their cars better than anyone right. He expected me to know what to check for the gas smell. How would I know, I?m not a mechanic. I suggested it might be the fuel pump because that was previously recalled. I had to wait a really long time. Than there was a very nice young salesman that told me there are only one or two stalls for them to work on cars so that is why they are so slow. The place was packed and it was a Saturday. I would have rated higher but didn?t like how the customer service tech was none helpful.

For a simple oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades replacement they said it'll take an hour. It took 2 1/2 hours!! And then it took another 20 minutes for them to bring my car to me! I was stupid enough to not ask how much the wipers would be before hand. They charged me $90 for the wipers! Never again will I go to them! And in their waiting room you have to buy water! They only provide free coffee. I should have gone to Tire Kingdom!

Every thing went well until the time to pay. I was called by this dealership they had for an oil change for a discounted price when completed the cost was$107. But should have been $29.99 plus tax the service rep said I should have told him before I was very uncomfortable plus he wanted me to show him a paper that quoted the price. There was a back and forth conversation until he supposedly found the cost. I think this service department needs to have a code that keeps everyone informed of costs quoted

I waited for 10-15 minutes after checking in and the advisor had not come out to greet me. I had to ask one of the valet guys what was going on and he basically gave me a shoulder shrug and said that I was checked in and the advisor should be aware and that he didn't know why he hadn't come out. Not sure why he couldn't follow up, so I went inside myself looking for the advisor. When they were all done with my car, the advisor called me over and said they were all done. I said did everything look good, were there any issues? That's when he started looking over the paperwork. Surprised he didn't review anything prior to calling me over and letting me know they were done.

Toyota Pinellas Park First let me say, I’m over 60 years old, have bought many cars during my lifetime and this was without a doubt, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. In fact, I think if the choice was riding a bicycle or buying from this dealer again, get the bike ready. Let me elaborate on the reasons why. 1) It should not take 3 hours to buy a car. I arrived at the dealership at 11:30 and didn’t leave till after 2:30. 2) The best finance rate they could supposedly get was over 7%. However, the day before, the local banks had quoted 5.9. 3) How many times do you have to tell the finance guy that you don’t want the extended warranty program that costs over $3600. To make matters worse, comments like “I don’t understand cause everyone does this” and “Is it about the money” lend nothing to a positive experience. When I informed him my neighbor and good friend is a mechanic, he was still persistent. At some point you get pissed that at his lack of respect on your decision. 4) They registered the wrong plate. I have two vehicles, identical plates with the exception of one digit as they were registered at the same time. They registered my other vehicle’s plate as the new (not the one they took off that I traded in), thereby wiping out my old vehicle’s registration. You would think it wouldn’t be that hard as they had removed the old plate from my trade in vehicle and had it in hand. This lack of attention to detail cost me 3 hours at the DMV. 5) The icing on the cake is the insurance fiasco. You would think that during a 3 hour buying process, they would tell you to get in touch with your insurance agent for proof of coverage instead of waiting till everything was completed. Getting in touch with an agent on a Sunday can be time consuming and it was. When I told them their process needs adjusting in order to avoid this type of event, I was told “That’s just how we do things”. I have long been a fan of Toyota vehicles, purchasing my first 4Runner nearly twenty years ago. However, if I had to deal with Pinellas Park, I would look to a different manufacturer.

While vacationing in Clearwater FL I experienced a flat tire on my 2016 Camry. All of my remaining tires were in need of being replaced. Being far from home I decided to seek out a local Toyota dealership to discuss the possibility of new tires for my car. Fortunately I encountered two pleasant and helpful service reps that were willing to spend time with me. They were David Freeman and Lori Dezern. Unacceptable customer care from the advisor and also the manager of the service department. The advisor had no clue what was happening with the service of my car while the car was in the shop. Never came to me to update me while I was waiting. I had to go to him to check out and then he come back to me and said that the car is almost ready but had to wait for another 45 minutes before the service was done and I did get involved also the service manager on this situation and he?s response was that he had three employees called out and his excuse is unacceptable.

Auto Nation Toyota was running a special on an oil change and tire rotation. After I arrived, I asked the repair assistant about my windshield wipers. He literally ran to get a paper clip to unclog and redirect the water sprayer --- AND immediately saved me hundreds $$ because I'd been told in the past that I would need to have the whole wiper system replaced. They promised my car would be ready within an hour and it absolutely was. My tech assistant told me that my brakes needed replacing ... sigh. I was able to make a second appointment and I'll still be able to use some promo coupons that had been mailed to me. I had a very good experience overall, and was appreciative, because we all know that auto repair outcomes aren't always pleasing.

And it’s always just an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Its like they bump me to the back. I always have an appointment, so that’s not the issue. When I purchased my 4Runner I also purchased the Appearance and Dent Protection plan. Each of the last three times I brought my vehicle in for servicing I inquired about getting some scratches and small chips/dents fixed. The first time I was told to go to the body shop where I was told they have over a three-month backlog and just blew me off. The next two times I was told the guy you need to talk to only visits the dealership once a week and come back later. I get the impression this is just a gimmick to get a little extra $$ at the time of purchase and they never really intend to honor it.

Upon arriving for my appointment l sat in the car 30 minutes before service advisor got to me. Once processed in it tool 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. The service advisor was very nice. The system does not seem to care enough about the customer's time.

I had semiannual vehicle I section Saturday 25 February 23. it went fine. so far so good. I'd had another identical corolla from automation. engine blew up after a year exactly. I was stranded for 12 hrs. dealership compelled me to pay another $1000, higher payments & I lost credit on principle for payments I'd made for year. That is All Wrong. Unethical & Unscrupulous. So I'm just Waiting to see what current corolla does. Not a way to keep customer.

On Friday I took my car in for a typical oil change and tire rotation appointment at noon. I got there at 11:45 AM. My car was not ready until 2:15 PM. There is no way it should take over two hours for me to get my car back when local places are offering 15-20 minute oil, changes and tire rotations. This is a ploy to get people to come in even though I have two years of free service with my certified car. What I don’t like about this is that they booked too many cars for timeslots, so basically trying to make money off of people by trying to find something wrong with their car, or offering to buy their car the moment you pull up, I had the valet asking if I wanted to sell my car and I just got it a few months ago. Definitely need some more training in this area for these employees..

I want to buy a certified 2018 RAV4 LE. James and Arif responded to my email very quickly with a professional and responsible attitude. I highly appreciate that. I would give them five stars! However, the car on the worksheet I received is a 2018 RAV4 XLE with blank mileage on the sheet. So they confirmed it was the right car. Later I learned that the vehicle is an LE according to the original invoice. So I worried they changed to another similar vehicle to use this VIN. And the last response I received was, ' It's just a glitch on the sales menu that loaded the previous vehicle in the leads model type which was an XLE'. I need some clarification. I hope they did not change a similar XLE to this VIN, as has been reported in some cases on the internet. I gave them a middle score for the professional attitude and time they spent. I commented to let new buyers pay attention to this 2018 RAV4 LE's tiny details and ensure they get the right car.

Dealing with the sales team I was afraid it was going to be like every other dealership where the people tell you what you want to hear just to get you in and spring the bad news on you at the last second after you've been there dealing with paperwork but I told them where I wanted to be in my payments they actually got it cheaper than what I was expecting and everything they told me they kept their word I've never had that from any other dealership I actually found a dealership here that I will deal with for now on they didn't jerk me around and they didn't waste my time from the sales to doing all the paperwork everyone was very professional and they kept their word I recommend this dealership 100% and the people working there to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle

I just feel like the service department is all about upselling you on items some of the Service people are rude and disrespectful others are friendly. It seems less often that I find one that's friendly and helpful and pleasant most of them seem very rude and inconvenienced by your presence. I would likely buy another car from there but not use the service department. But I often hear service department dealerships are lacking in the area of good manners . The evening I dropped my car off I was told to fill out a form the guy puts it on a shelf that is higher than my eye level en hand me a pen to fill it out there I moved around I'm a short person and put it as close to myself on his little desk podium and filled it out there as soon as I started filling it out or attempted to fill it out there he turned on the speaker right at my ear level. That's not a welcome environment. Rude and unhelpful.

I found a screw in the tire on my recently purchased Rav4. I brought it in to AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park first thing in the morning without an appointment. Kiley wrote my vehicle up in just a few short minutes. I received a message with a picture of my tire stating that the tire needed to be replaced. So, I have bought 2 cars here and get my service done here. Recently, since the used car shortage began - I have been bombarded with emails and calls asking me to trade in my vehicle. I had just bought this car less than 6 months ago. They called me 6 times and emailed me over 15 times asking me to trade in my car and that they could make a deal work. I used to sell cars for Toytoa and am well aware trading a car in after 6 months and 20,000 miles would never work in my favor. I tried to tell them to stop, but they keep calling from different numbers. Keep emailing me from different sales associates emails. This is NOT how you work a service department for sales. Do y'all need some training on how to work a service department? Cause I made a living getting people out of service and into a new car. But NOT ON A CAR THAT WAS BOUGHT 6 MONTHS AGO BRAND NEW. I have one more free service here and then I am going to take my business elsewhere. Sorry this has to go against the service department because despite being slow, they always do a good job. Just add an hour onto whatever quote they give you time wise. Otherwise, no issues with service. The sales department is making you look horrible.

The car back body piece directly above the license plate kept coming out when I pulled up on it to open the trunk for the Prius. There are 3 inserts for the holes. I had to line them up to fit the piece back onto the vehicle every time I used the trunk. When I went to get the car serviced, I told them to only do that and see what it costs to get fixed. They did more inspections which I was charged for. A few days later, the back piece came off and was hitting my vehicle while driving. I pulled over and saw that 2 of the 3 inserts had been broken off. The way they were broken off could only have been done by someone. The only way I could Jerry rig it back into place was super glue it to the vehicle itself. So the dealership technician accidentally broke them. I can understand that. My car needs some work done. But what I can't understand is why they didn't tell me about it. God forbid it could have been something else and caused irreparable damage and they didn't say anything about it. These are good people. They've done good quality work in the past but I am not happy or satisfied being charged for work I didn't ask for and them breaking the pieces off the piece and choosing to play it off like nothing happened and not tell me rather than be upfront and honest. I can tolerate accidents and mistakes but lying and cheating me out of a good rapport with them doesn't sit well with me.

I believe i was lied to, my credit score was over 825, i had researched the current interest rate and was told by your sales rep that a 6 yr loan was 5.4 % and from BOA that it was 5.4 %, yet your closer said it was 7.4 %, i questioned him about it and he said that 7.4 % was what all companies were giving, but i reviewed the paper work later and he had dropped it to 6.7 % and extended the loan perod. I believe i should have gotten this truck at 5.4 % especially with my credit score. I will make sure i tell anyone who says anything about buying from you people i will tell them what happened to me

I recently purchased a new car and had a good purchasing experience. This is my second car from this dealership, but I would not recommend the dealer because I'm frustrated that I did not receive two keys for the car. I do not have a timeline for how long it will take. I do not have a good feeling that my issue is being worked. I am told to be patient, but I just bought a new car and need to share it with my wife. That is not easy when there is only one key. I would have given five stars if I had a second key. I was told I could have another key made but I would be responsible for buying the second key. It seems like if you buy a new car you should get two keys. Maybe the dealer could upfront the cost for a second key.

I went to get a door key cut but while I was there they took my car in for one of my two factory oil changes for my new Corolla. They were very busy but the service advisor was very helpful and took my car in for service while I waited. Some of the sales people wanted to sell me a new car and get mine as a trade in but I was not interested as I am very pleased with my 22 Corolla hatchback 2.0. When I got the car back there were oil smug marks on the white door inside panel. I brought it to their attention and they took care of it immediately. The key they cut was not cut correctly any would not open the door so I returned it. They were very busy and took my car in without an appointment so I am thankful for the service which seems to be done correctly with the minor glitches I mentioned.

2017 Rav4 Limited I was seriously past due on maintenance plus sitting on a recall regarding the battery tie down, when the service department offered a free oil change & tire rotation. I made the appointment anticipating the service writer would be trying to sell me hundreds of dollars of precautionary maintenance items. I arrived on time and was first greeted by the annoying salesman wanting to buy my car. At least he was not pushy this time! My service writer was friendly & quick and ushered me and my dog to the comfortable waiting room. I got a text message the car was ready in less than an hour and received a complete report of all of the key safety inspections with no attempt to sell me anything. Car arrived quickly and I left feeling very good about the experience. I have to admit, after this experience, I will be more inclined to take it to this dealer for service, rather than my local mechanic.

I have leased a RAV 4 here now for 6 years (went into another after the lease was up after 3 months-I decided that I wanted to take the payoff the RAV once my second lease was over and went into the dealership on Sunday, 1/22. Jessica was very pleasant, however, the team that prepared the paperwork and me signing a document as if Autonation was purchasing it from me. I had someone with me because I was prepared for what I may encounter. I had my credit card out and was very clear on my decision. Was I realized my paperwork was totally incorrect-I asked that it be shredded because it was there error-I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say this was done in error-but my friend with me said I was very clear on my intention to make the payoff and drive off the lot with the title. The worst part-was dealing with Kirk in the finance department-whom I was told would take my payment-things started off with him making pleasant conversation until it came time to discuss where I was going to for service-in which I said-I own this vehicle now-don't live in Pinellas Park and frankly didn't think it was any of his business-that is what set him off-then we came to extended warranty-I had already prepared him for the fact that I had family in the car business for at least 3 decades-I knew the business. I just wanted to make my payment, obtain my title, sign the papers necessary and leave. He became very angry-my friend came and went out of the room-but came back to witness Kirk's aggressive behavior after I listened to him go over the options of extended warranty, eventhough I had already told him I would take care of it elsewhere. He literally threw my credit card at me-shoved his Ipad at me to sign in various areas-without looking at me or giving me any detail of what I was signing-I knew well enough to read and sign-when I was finished he walked out. I will NEVER do business with Toyota Autonation again. Obviously they only put positive reviews on here which doesn't surprise me at all.

I then come to realize the finance department and even the general manager Yanni work well as a team in making sure I was taken care of. Everyone was extremely kind towards me. I love my Toyota C HR Limited and I especially loved the certified used car package I received. I?m a senior on a tight budget and they worked with me to find the perfect vehicle then helped with the financing. I?m happy with my purchase. YERY good selection of used-cars by models colors styles and prices. Sales was fair, (1) Weak training for this senior 70 yr old who doesn't understand all the (over engineered dash board). I had to ask for a partial copy of an owners manual and schedule an appointment w/ Sales Rep and he did train me (2) Disclosure of loan terms, while in the closing office at Dealership made sense, yet a month later when I received the credit union's loan terms, NO where did the letter show my monthly payment amount !! It showed total dollars borrowed, rate, years, total interest to be paid, but NO monthly amount to be paid..... On my own I figured it out. BAD disclosure. (3) within 1 month needed some service: A) check engine lite on, B) driver's seat-belt didn't retract well... description 'it's a 10 yr old car... Cost to replace the belt AND belt tensioner is nearly $500 ! Seems odd a tension pulley can't be made, or. bad design/planned-obsalesence !! ....Since it only has 90,000 I'm hoping nothing major goes wrong. I didn't want to pay an extra $1,500 or was it $2,800 (?) for a 'full-coverage extended mfgr warranty' for 3 years..... Otherwise I'm pleased with car. Rides well, good sound system, GREAT mileage, quieter after I paid an extra $1200 for extra floor sound-proofing. .. Hope not to every buy another car. I've always owned Saturns. Last one had for 20 yrs !!....... The following answers I'd prefer to answer as 'maybe' since I don't know how well Auto Nation will service in years to come...... I'm already NOT impressed because 3 days AFTER I brought in my 'new' used car for service I got an Email from A-Nation offering to buy my used car.... Explanation, ' that's from a 3rd party..... DANG coordinate your 3rd party vendors ... Reflects upon the dealership.

Some of the staff were nice but quite a few were rude and only there to do their job, no friendliness or anything. Also, though I'm not complaining about this part, I was told that my service would be one price and the total came out about $15 more.

I made an appointment to look at a pre-owned vehicle I saw listed through AutoNation and met with Janetta Green... One of the most friendly, patient, and high-spirited salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was all smiles and high energy, the kind that lets you know she wants you to be happy with your experience more than making a sale. And I couldn't have been happier. She took the time to get the car ready while I worked with Alex (also super friendly and great energy) on financing and warranty paperwork. Took the car for a test-drive and was patient while I had to do my own test on the car... One that is an absolute make-or-break for me: I'm an audiophile, so I have to play music that I like (my choice was Indian Folk-Metal lol) and tweak the audio to make sure it sounded clean and I was impressed! I actually passed on a Jeep I really wanted earlier in the day for just that reason. After the test-drive, I was sold. With financing and warranties done, I then went to see one of the managers, Mike, who finalized the sale for me... Yet another enthusiastic and welcoming person! While that was going on, Janetta was off fueling up my new car and making sure everything was properly detailed and man... There is no way you'd believe this car was ever used! It was immaculate inside and out! I can't recommend this team enough. They made the process smooth, myself and my best friend feel welcome, and when I was overthinking and doing numbers in my head, there was no pressure. 5/5 stars!

We always service our Toyota Sienna at Toyota service centers. We were visiting Florida and noticed the oil change light. We took the van to this Toyota service center but they somehow broke all the threads on the oil tank, hand to replace the oil tank and it costed us more than $1000. We also spent about 10 hrs in wait time as they would not tell us what happed to the car. All of this sounded very fishy to me but we could not do anything as the car was unusable without the oil. When we came back we spoke to our local Toyota service center and they did not have any notes of issues with oil tank threads in the past.

I have been a long term buyer for your company and most of my services were done at your sales location, and I don’t recall any problems. At my most recent service process I also had a question about one of my outside panels was because it wasn’t completely sealed where it matched the other panel. I purchased my SUV in 2022, but at that time I didn’t notice the panel in question. Therefore I asked someone to help me because I wanted it to be fixed, so I tracked down the guy that sold me the new car in 2022 to see if he could help me and he easily fixed it on the scene and of course I thanked him. I also wondered how or when my panel might have not been installed correctly, but there with no charge from the person that corrected my panel.

The current answering service that AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park is using is the worst ever. Don't even like calling there because of their service. Was tempted to take my business elsewhere because of this lousy phone service until Matt, in charge of the service department reached out to me. He assured me that changes were to be made in the future. Why any company would do this to their wonderful service is beyond me. Obviously, it's a decision surly made by a bean counter. I'm to understand that there is a new in-house phone room that should be fielding the calls shortly. I highly recommend that bean counters aren't allowed to make important decisions that affect the overall customer service satisfaction of such a great business.

Service writer, great. Prompt attention even while busy morning at check-in. Done as scheduled. Very happy. However, a lady arrive at her service writer?s desk with a beautiful macaw bird on her shoulder. As you know, macaws are VERY loud and screechy. You could hear this bird through the entire service lounge waiting area and sales floor. At first, it was a cute novelty but after about 15 minutes it was a very annoying. The lady made no effort to quit the bird and sat in the tv lounge area with bird pooping down her shoulder onto the chair and floor. Yuck! When I asked several managers in the service area and sale area if they could address the situation, they said they?d look into it. This went on the entire two hours while is was there. No employee made any effort to remedy the situation. I went outside as it was a beautiful morning and one, very nice, service attendant offered to bring a chair outside for me to have a seat. I felt sorry for the car sales staff trying to sell cars and the customers having to listen with this annoyance. I am disappointed that it appears one person is more important than the 30+ staff and customers. There were empty sales rooms with doors or a chair that could be set outside.

I forgot to ask how long the repair was going to take so I didn?t make arrangements to be picked up. Robert told me it would take 3-4 hours so he arranged for a Lyft to pick my children and I up to do shopping and grab food while we waited. When we were ready to return he called a Lyft again. When we were back at the dealership it was only like 15 minutes longer. Thank you Toyota for hiring some amazing employees

I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in line for 10 minutes before I could give over to the service staff. No courtesy coffee was available and it was cold enough in the showroom that I kept my coat on. I was told an hour and it took 1.5 hours. When I was reviewing the work ticket, it stated an oil change took place but the service writer insisted it wasn?t time yet. So I waited 1.5 hours for a computer check and tire rotation?

Was helped by Eyad and his manager Bruce, helped make the process smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend asking for them when you go in. Also, Bryan helped with the finances, definitely would recommend him too.

Will start to bring truck to small local garages for basic services. 60.00 for a tire rotation is highway robbery. 350.00 for fuel injector cleaning that was probably not necessary.

This was my scheduled second or 10,000 mile service. The service assistant manager, Hope introduced herself and understood my service needs and my upcoming move to the west to ensure my car is road trip ready. The service manager quoted 1.5hrs for the service and it is promptly completed within hour and half. Thank you for the BEST overall service experience. I made an appointment on the phone for 1:00 to get my free oil change and tire rotation and a service campaign. I was told I might be at the dealer 1.5 hours. When I arrived I was told my wait would be 3+ hours. At 3:30 my '21 Highlander was moved to the garage. At 4:15 the services were finished. Forty five minutes to get these services done is an excellent time. But I had to wait 2.5 hours for them to start the job? Also, they did not rotate they way I specifically asked. And I had an appointment? This is just lousy customer service.

I have had my cars serviced at AutoNation Toyota for 22 years. They are always friendly and efficient. I have at times had emergencies with my car and had to go in without an appointment. They have always taken care of me and have it back to me in a timely manner. I had went in for an oil change on December 28th but when Raquel checked my records she told me that my car was not due for one yet. I did new wiper blades and a tire rotation which I had done. When I asked about the wiper blades Raquel told me that they were on special. She made me feel like a valued customer and was looking out for my best interest. She took very good care of both my car and myself. I would definitely recommend them for having great service.

I have used the service department since about 2006 and have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work. I highly recommend anyone driving a Toyota to use AutoNation's Service Department for all of their vehicle's needs.

My appt was at 3pm. When I arrived I asked for general maintenance and an alignment check. I was told 90 minutes or sooner. I ultimately left a few minutes before 6pm and they didnt check my alignment. Along the way no updates were provided unless I went to ask. I was told they were short people. Understandable, but why did you take the appt? And why did you tell me 90 minutes or less. Also the business center doesnt have USB plug ins for chargers. Overall frustrating experience.

Oil change was efficient but very expensive. $85. Employees were friendly Asked for price to repaint Toyota roof paint defect on 2015 Tacoma but did not receive it. They recommended four maintenance items, one that they did in 2021. I am thinking they did not review the history in their system.

I had my battery mysteriously go dead on my 2021 Highlander on the afternoon before Christmas Eve. After getting the battery jumped I drove the directly to the Toyota Service Center at Auto Nation Toyota and told them the problem. Even though I did not an appointment, they took my car in because they understood that a person needs a car on Christmas weekend. My service rep did a great job of making the process painless. In a couple of hours the problem was solved and I was on my way. I give the service rep a perfect score for courtesy and customer service and much appreciation to the techs that fixed the problem so quickly on a very busy day for them.

Starr was an excellent advisor for us. He helped us find a car whose combination of miles/make/model/price was priced at a point that we couldn't say no to, especially after what we had seen for similar vehicles at other dealerships earlier that day. The day was long at the dealership once we decided to purchase, and the deal was more than fair. The staff was really friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help (more than just the sale).
